We've made some changes to the KKoncepts email system that we want you to know about.
User Administration Web Page
You can now administer your own email accounts on-line. You can:
- Change your password
- Forward your mail to other accounts
- Change your anti-spam settings
- Set a vacation message
Click here to go to our new User Administration page (in a new window) and log in using your email login name and password to administer your account. You can also always access the User Administration page by clicking on the User Admin link in the right-hand sidebar.
New Graphical Webmail Client
We've installed RoundCube Webmail to give you another option for webmail. Roundcube mail is a fully graphical webmail client like others you may have used.
So now you have three options for webmail:
- Roundcube - Powerful, graphical webmail client. Requires a broadband connection for best results.
- Squirrelmail - Powerful, text-based webmail client. Does not require javascript and can run on a slower internet connection than Roundcube.
- SqWebmail - Fast, light-weight, text-based webmail client. Not many advanced features, but very fast and good for low-bandwidth situations.
Click here to go to the RoundCube logon page (in a new window), or click on any of the Webmail Login links in the right-hand sidebar to log in.
Calendar Sharing
You can now store a copy of your calendar on our server using your email login name and password and then allow other users to view it. We're writing instructions for how to share your calendar using Outlook, Thunderbird, and Apple iCal, and we'll post them shortly.
